Clean-label means that our products use only natural ingredients without preservatives, flavor enhancers, colorings, or other additives. You see on the label only those components that you can recognize and pronounce — as if you were cooking at home yourself.
We accept payment by bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as cash to the courier upon delivery. You can also pay for your order on the website using online payment: all transactions go through a secure gateway, and your data is completely confidential.
We deliver anywhere in Dubai, but there’s no express delivery just yet.
Your delivery time depends on when you place your order:
- order before 11:00 AM — your order arrives by 3:00 PM the same day;
- order between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM — your order arrives by 10:00 PM the same day;
- order after 3:00 PM — your order arrives the next morning, before noon.
Meta Farm is currently closed on Sundays, but we're working on it!
Yes, the minimum order amount is 250 AED. For free delivery, your order needs to be at least 350 AED.
We guarantee the quality of every product. If something goes wrong — contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the product or refund your money, no questions asked. Your trust is more important to us than anything else.
