How it works

  1. Shop

    Order from Meta Farm as usual. Every 10 AED you spend gives you 2 points.

  2. Collect

    Points land in your account 3 days after your order. Get extra for birthdays, reviews and friends.

  3. Spend

    In your cart, choose how many points to use. The discount is applied right away.

How inviting works

  1. Share your link

    Find your personal invite link in your account under Meta Farm Points. Send it by WhatsApp, Instagram or email.

  2. Your friend gets 450 points

    As soon as they create an account through your link. That's 45 AED off their first order.

  3. You get 300 points

    After your friend places their first order. Points arrive 3 days later.

  • Invite as many friends as you like. Every new friend brings you 300 points.
  • Your friend needs to be new to Meta Farm and sign up with a new email.
  • The minimum order at Meta Farm is 250 AED, so their points work on their very first order.

How to spend

Points work like money in your cart. You decide how many to use.

10 = 1 AED

Every 10 points take 1 AED off your order.

Use any amount once you have at least 50 points.

250 AED+

Points can be used on orders over 250 AED.

Keep your points alive. Points stay with you as long as you order at least once every 6 months. Any order keeps all of them, and we'll remind you before anything expires.

How do I join?

Create an account or sign in on our website. You're in automatically and start earning from your next order.

When do my points arrive?

3 days after your order is paid, so we can make sure it reached you safely.

Where can I see my balance?

In your account under Meta Farm Points, and on the points button in the corner of every page.

Do I earn points on the part I pay with points?

No. Points are earned on the amount you pay, after the points discount.

What happens if I return an order?

Points earned on that order are removed from your balance.

Where do I find my invite link?

Sign in and open Meta Farm Points in your account, or tap the points button in the corner of any page. Your link is in the Refer a friend section.

When do I get points for inviting a friend?

Your friend gets 450 points as soon as they sign up through your link. You get 300 points 3 days after their first order.

Can I swap points for cash?

No. Points can only be used as a discount on Meta Farm orders and can't be moved to another account.
