Shipping policy

We deliver across Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All orders are carefully packed using temperature-controlled, insulated packaging to ensure your products arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Delivery times

Your delivery time depends on when you place your order (Gulf Standard Time, GMT+4):

Monday to Friday:

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM — same-day delivery by 3:00 PM
  • Orders placed between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM — same-day delivery by 10:00 PM
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM — next business day delivery

Saturday:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM — same-day delivery
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM — delivery on Monday

Sunday:

  • No deliveries on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, public holidays, or high order volumes.

Minimum order and delivery fees

The minimum order amount is 250 AED. Orders of 350 AED or more qualify for free standard delivery. For orders below 350 AED, a delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, our team will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your order details, delivery address, and preferred delivery window. Your order is not considered confirmed until this step is complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or pricing errors.

Packaging and food safety

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are packed using temperature-controlled packaging to keep everything frozen, sealed, and fresh from our kitchen to your door. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery — our courier may require a signature or verbal confirmation. Products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for product deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, we reserve the right to charge the full order amount. Due to the perishable nature of our products, redelivery may not be possible, and no refund will be issued for orders that could not be delivered as a result of Customer unavailability.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Order tracking

You will receive order confirmation and delivery updates via WhatsApp and/or email. If you have not received a confirmation within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us.
